Parking is available to summit participants in two on-campus lots for a reduced fee of $8 per vehicle.
Parking Structure A (PSA) is located on Vermont Avenue at 36th St. Upon entry at Entrance 6, continue east on Downey Way and proceed to the lot entrance. Inform the lot attendant that you are attending the 21st Annual Empowerment Congress Summit to receive the discounted parking price.
Parking Structure D (PSD) is located on Jefferson Blvd. at Royal St. Upon entry at Entrance 4, make an immediate left past the toll booth to enter the lot. Inform the lot attendant that you are attending the 21st Annual Empowerment Congress Summit to receive the discounted parking price.
Helpful tip: Take the Exposition Light Rail Line from wherever you are to the Expo Park/USC Station and walk to the Summit! You will avoid traffic and parking hassles and, even better, get a chance to enjoy our new public transit service.
