On-campus parking is available to summit participants for a reduced fee of $8 per vehicle.
Parking Structure A (PSA) is located on Vermont Avenue at 36th Pl. Upon entry at Entrance 6, continue east on Downey Way and proceed to the lot entrance. Inform the lot attendant that you are attending the 22nd Annual Empowerment Congress Summit to receive the discounted parking price.
Helpful tip: Take the Exposition Light Rail Line from wherever you are to the Expo Park/USC Station and walk to the Summit! You will avoid traffic and parking hassles and, even better, get a chance to enjoy our new public transit service.
