All Summit guests should park in PSD OR PSA (Parking Structures). Please note the parking diagram below for specific instructions and details.
Upon entering either of the parking structures, please inform the gate attendant that you are with the EMPOWERMENT CONGRESS and you will pay the discounted rate of $8.00. You will be instructed where to park.
Exit the parking structure and follow the directional signs to Bovard Auditorium where event registration and the morning plenary session will be held.
