Charter Reform Working Group

The Empowerment Congress Charter Reform Working Group was established to articulate and channel the perspective of the EC on issues associated with City of Los Angeles Charter reform efforts. Among these is promoting broad public participation in the deliberations pertaining to reform, particularly on those matters that relate to Council District 10’s experience with representation, community empowerment, voting rights and public participation in the decision-making process.
