Leimert Park COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Site

Do you or someone you know need a COVID-19 test or vaccine? Head to Leimert Park for a FREE COVID-19 Mobile Vaccination & Testing site, sponsored by Mayor Eric Garcetti, Councilmember Mark Ridley-Thomas, and the Empowerment Congress.

All Angelenos 12 years or older are eligible.

Appointments are available and walk-ups welcome.

Remember:

1. Bring proof of identity
2. Bring proof of LA residence or workplace
3. If under 18 years old, parent/guardian must be present. If the parent/guardian is unable to be present, then a responsible adult must be present and must bring the completed, signed permission form.

COVID-19 vaccines are avaialable to ALL, regardless of insurance or immigration status.
