• Under the age of 40

• Live and/or work in Los Angeles County

• Work in the areas of Labor, Business, Public Service,  NGO/Philanthropy or Media

The Emerging Civic Leaders Committee connects leaders under the age of 40 to opportunities surrounding civic engagement, advocacy, leadership development and community service.  Through education and empowerment, the committee cultivates a pipeline of dedicated community advocates throughout Los Angeles County.
