The Education Committee Quarterly Learning Series is designed to identify and address key issues affecting residents and stakeholders of the Second Supervisorial district. As a committee of the Empowerment Congress with a mission is to educate, engage, and empower, the cornerstone and intent behind the Quarterly Learning Series to create opportunities for stakeholder participation. With local field experts and community members at the table, the Quarterly Learning Series provides a forum to exchange information and to collectively explore options and discuss strategies.
